Two teenage boys arrested for letting Connecticut girl drive drunk

After a half-mile when the 2 boys left the vehicle, Modlesky crashed the SUV into a tree and died before the emergency workers approached the scene.

Kennedy said, “There are so many things that could have been done”.

The two boys were booked into jail on charges in which reckless endangerment is also included. The first driver was issued summonses for violating state passenger restrictions.

A 17-year-old girl was summoned soon after the crash for hosting booze-fueled parties in the nights and providing guest alcohol leading up to Modlesky’s fatal collision. The teen was not identified by the police and he was charged with two counts of allowing minors to possess alcohol.
