Bloomfield Police Officer Arrested In Burlington For DUI

BURLINGTON – 30-year-old Adrian Loignon, a Bloomfield police officer, was arrested for driving under the influence and other charges over the weekend.

Loignon, who is a resident of Stone Road in Burlington, was arrested and charged with DUI on Belden Road in Burlington. He also faced additional charges including reckless driving, evading an accident and following too closely.

According to State Police, Loignon’s vehicle was observed by an eye witness who called 911 to report an erratic driver. According to the caller, the driver hit a guardrail.

After his arrest, Loignon was released on $1,000 bail.

He is scheduled to appear in Bristol Court on Monday, 27 April.
