20-year-old Trumbull motorist faces DUI charge after striking RR Bridge

FAIRFIELD – On Monday, 20-year-old Brian Stoller hit a railroad underpass on North Benson Road and he was taken into custody on charges of driving under the influence and failure to drive right.

According to the police, he was also issued an infraction for possession of less than a half-ounce of marijuana.

He hit the support wall on the underpass by North Benson Road and Eliot Street at around 2:13 a.m. and his vehicle was damaged heavily from the front-end.

According to the police, he was issued field sobriety tests at the scene which he failed.

Stoller was released after posting $100 bond and was summoned to Bridgeport Superior Court on 13th of May.
