WESTPORT, CT – On 9th of March, 25-year-old Michelle Sabia was taken into custody by the cops after she was seen swerving in the travel lane on Riverside Avenue.
At about 11:45 p.m., a cop stopped her vehicle and observed the strong smell of alcohol due to which he issued a field sobriety test. Sabia failed the sobriety test. Her breath sample was also taken in a breathalyzer test which showed her BAC levels at 0.184 and 0.175. The BAC level was twice the legal limit allowed for driving in the State.
She was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and failure to drive right.
