MILFORD, CT – 56-year-old Marcus Sopher of Birch Place was arrested for driving while under the influence of alcohol.
On 22 September, police officers stopped a vehicle being driven by Sopher for erratic driving on New Haven Avenue near Old Gate Lane.
After an investigation, Sopher was arrested as he was driving his motor vehicle while under the influence.
Police officers asked Sopher to provide a breath sample which he refused.
Sopher was charged with DUI, failure to stop for emergency vehicle and interfering/resisting arrest.
He was held in lieu of a $500 bond.
